- Restrooms
- All fixtures cleaned & sanitized
- Mirrors & chrome polished
- Paper & soap dispensers filled from customer stock
- Floors vacuumed & mopped
- Drinking fountains & water coolers cleaned
- Handicap rails and stall partitions wiped
- Stall walls & doors spot cleaned as needed
- Trash Removal
- Wastebaskets emptied and trash/recycling removed to customer-designated area
- Recycling separated upon request
- Wastebasket liners, where used, will be changed as necessary
- Dusting
- All files, ledges, counters, tables, window sills, partition tops, desks, chair bases, and picture frames dusted in each service
- All work surfaces cleaned to remove fingerprints, etc. if free of paperwork
- Vacuuming
- All carpeted areas vacuumed each service
- Special attention paid to edges & corners
- Areas not accessible with upright vacuum will be edged on regular basis to remove dust & debris
- All welcome mats & rugs vacuumed
- Upholstered chairs vacuumed periodically
- Spot cleaning
- All interior door and window glass, partition glass, doors, door jambs, light switches, heat & cooling vents, etc. will be spot cleaned as necessary
- Baseboards wiped down as needed
- All areas checked for cobwebs and removed
- Tile floors
- All tile floors will be vacuumed and wet mopped each service
- Entrance glass
- All entrance door glass will be cleaned each service
- Break area
- Counters & sinks cleaned
- Cabinet & appliance fronts cleaned
- Microwave & refrigerator interior cleaning available upon request
- Coffee pots cleaned
- Wastebasket tops & sides wiped to remove spills
- Optional services
- Carpet cleaning
- Exterior window cleaning
- Floor refinishing
- Subcontractors required to provide certificates of insurance
